What to Expect
Discovery Session
In our kick-off discovery session, we’ll discuss goals for individual leaders or teams, what success looks like, and how to bring it all together.
Engage
Typical individual and team coaching engagements last between six and nine months and consist of bi-weekly in-person or video chat meetings.
Working Together
During our time together, we will develop a coaching plan based on your goals and identify milestones together. In our bi-weekly coaching sessions, we’ll revisit relevant milestones, reflect on recent wins and opportunities, and work through current challenges.
